The checklist below is what we need before a vehicle can be released to you. Nothing here is unusual for licensed taxi work, and if you are part-way through an application you can still register — we will hold a suitable vehicle while your paperwork completes. If you are unsure whether a document qualifies, call the rental team rather than guessing.
Hackney Carriage or Private Hire licence, or proof you’re applying.
Held for a minimum period with no more than 6 penalty points.
An up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate.
A recent utility bill or bank statement.
A refundable deposit held for the rental term.
Drivers must be 21 or over to rent from our fleet.
